• All orders will be shipped from Germany within a few days after ordering. However, please keep in mind that shipping times may vary based on your location, and it is possible for your order to take up to 4 weeks to arrive.

• Every package is fully tracked and insured. You will receive a tracking code once your package is dispatched.

Return Policy

We aim to provide quality products and a great shopping experience. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below. All returns must be pre-approved, so please contact us before sending any items back.

Conditions for Return

1. Returns must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for return.

2. Items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them. Any items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may be refused.
3. Please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
4. Custom or personalized items as well as the "Surprise T-Shirts" are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
5. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
6. If eligible, a refund for the item(s) will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us receiving your order with a description and photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
8. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method immediately.
